Alle vaktermen waren in het Frans en de klassieke technieken vormden de basis van de lessen. E\u00e9n Frans keukenwoord wil ik echter niet onvermeld laten:\u00a0<strong>Mise en Place<\/strong>. Dit betekent \u2018voorbereidende werkzaamheden\u2019 en is essentieel in elke keuken. Zonder een goede voorbereiding kom je gegarandeerd in de problemen<\/p>\n<p>De Franse keuken is tegenwoordig wat naar de achtergrond geschoven. Als je nu kijkt naar het aanbod in keukens, zie je een enorme diversiteit. Ik vraag me soms af hoe de opleidingen hierop zijn aangepast, want naast de Franse keuken is bijvoorbeeld de Italiaanse keuken sterk in opkomst. Veel restaurants hebben pasta op het menu staan.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Italiaanse keuken en pasta<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Thuis heb ik een pastamachine gekocht waarmee ik in een mum van tijd verse spaghetti kan maken. Het is heerlijk en super snel. Je kunt verschillende soorten bloem of meel gebruiken, zolang ze maar fijn gemalen zijn en geen hele granen bevatten. Verse pasta is niet alleen sneller klaar, maar smaakt ook heel anders dan gedroogde pasta. Ik ben erg blij met mijn pastamachine van Phillips.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ervaring met keukenmachines<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Met pasta kun je eindeloos combineren. Zelf vind ik de variant met tomaat, ansjovis en knoflook echt heerlijk. Iedereen zou zo\u2019n machine moeten hebben; het is een geweldige uitvinding. We hebben ook een handmatige pastamachine, maar dat is een stuk meer werk. Met de elektrische machine kun je verschillende vormen maken, zoals spaghetti en penne. Voor mij was dit de beste keukenmachine-aankoop van het jaar.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Conclusie<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Een goede voorbereiding en de juiste apparatuur maken koken niet alleen makkelijker, maar ook leuker.
